Medipath is a healthcare recruitment agency serving South Africa. It is registered as Pathway Group Recruit (Pty) Ltd and trades as Medipath Healthcare Recruitment. It places both locum and permanent healthcare professionals, including locum doctors, nurses and pharmacists.

Its clients are medical institutions such as hospitals, surgeries, pharmacies, clinics, universities and general practices, in both the private and government sectors. Its listed specialities include anaesthesiology, cardiology, clinical nursing, critical care, emergency medicine, midwifery, oncology, paediatrics and psychiatry. It says the vast majority of the candidates it places are sourced through headhunting or relationships built over the years.

Medipath says it has a database of over 50 000 medical professionals and has been placing healthcare staff for over 10 years. It says the service launched in South Africa in response to a nationwide healthcare shortage. Its placements now also extend to Australia and New Zealand.
