MediHire is a medical recruitment agency that has provided medical staffing since early 2006, focused on the placement of permanent and locum medical staff across all levels of vacancies. It also supplies skilled support staff such as practice managers, receptionists, clinical technicians, financial administrators and nurses. Its recruitment process runs to nine documented stages: search and selection, screening, technical and professional assessment, measurement against essential selection criteria, a competency based interview using the Targeted Selection Methodology, psychometric evaluations assisted by registered industrial psychologist tools depending on the level of the position, a candidate self-assessment covering finance, operations and technical areas, a motivational fit questionnaire, and reference checks covering work, criminal, credit and qualification.
