Media Contacts

Media Contacts is a media and communications recruitment agency based in Islington, London. It has been operating since 1992 and began solely as a London-based recruiter for media sales and editorial roles. It has since expanded into events, marketing, PR and healthcare communications, and its specialisms also include broadcast technology, media technology, executive search and graduate careers.

The agency places candidates at all levels with both agency and in-house employers, covering permanent and temporary recruitment. It also offers specialist workshops and career clinics. It works internationally and has clients across Europe, North America and Asia.

Consultants handle the whole recruitment process for a vacancy, from account managing and assessing candidates to interviewing, headhunting and writing adverts. The company says its candidate database holds details of thousands of people, and it reports that 94% of its candidates passed their probation in the last 12 months. Rupert Wallis is Managing Director.
