Med-Exec Solutions is an executive recruitment firm serving the healthcare and managed care industry throughout the United States. It is a division of Med-Exec, Inc., which was founded in June 1992 in Southern California. The company says it has provided executive recruiting services to the sector for over two decades, and that its team has over 25 years of executive search experience.

Its work is organised in three practice areas. Permanent placement uses an executive search approach. A consulting, interim and contract practice supplies short term interim solutions to managed care organizations, hospital systems and provider groups, and can move interim candidates into permanent roles.
