MDG Professionals

MDG Professionals is a corporate finance staffing firm based in Michigan that supports clients and candidates nationwide. It was started by a founder who had been a finance leader himself and had struggled to get staffing support for an open role. The firm says its leadership stays on each search.

It specialises in corporate finance roles and also places in public accounting, from entry-level through CFO. Roles it fills include finance managers, controllers, FP&A analysts and managers, tax, treasury, accounting managers, directors, VPs of finance and CFOs. Placements are made on a direct hire, contract or contract-to-hire basis, and the firm says it can support other professional roles when needed.

MDG reports that its finance experts have 17+ years in finance, in positions up to Director level, and that its recruiters have 15+ years' experience and have placed 150+ finance professionals. Candidates are offered resume reviews, interview preparation and post-interview check-ins. The office is in Attica, Michigan.
