MCM Staffing is a Hispanic and women-owned staffing business, MBE and WBE certified, based in Madison Heights, Michigan. It has offices in Livonia, Lansing, Sterling Heights and Memphis, Tennessee, and serves Metro Detroit, Grand Rapids, Lansing, Louisville and Memphis. It says it has been in business for more than 15 years.

The company began by supplying skilled and unskilled labour to manufacturers across Metro Detroit, then moved into hospitality, hospital environmental services, skilled trades and administrative placement. It places staff primarily in the automotive, aerospace and food manufacturing industries, and since 2020 has staffed local hospitals and cafeterias with janitorial, environmental service and food service workers.

Its services are temporary, temp-to-hire and direct hire staffing, high-volume recruiting, and payroll and onboarding with its sister company Robal. For temporary and temp-to-hire associates it is the employer of record and runs payroll. Screening covers background checks, drug screening and E-Verify. Roles include machine operators, material handlers, welders, electricians, maintenance technicians, receptionists and AP analysts. It reports more than 2,400 active associates and more than 500 client partners.
