Mcgregor Boyall

Mcgregor Boyall is a privately owned global recruitment consultancy established in 1987 by Laurie Boyall, initially as a Financial Services IT recruitment business. It was founded in Windsor before moving to the City of London, where it is now headquartered.

The company provides permanent, contract and project-based recruitment, focusing on the mid-senior candidate market. Its services also include contingent search, retained search, executive search, embedded recruitment and recruitment consultancy. It recruits within Financial Services, Commerce and Industry, and the Public Sector, and its primary specialisms cover all technology verticals and core business functions.

Its offices cover the UK and Europe, the Middle East and North America. It says it has over seventy consultants and one hundred employees globally. The wider group includes Dukebridge, set up in 2020 to supply projects under SoW agreements, and Creative Recruitment, a creative talent agency established in 1995.
