MAYDAY Healthcare is an Australian healthcare recruitment agency that provides temporary, permanent and contract staff to hospitals, aged care and community providers, clinics and medical practices. It recruits nurses, allied health professionals, radiographers and sonographers, practice managers and medical reception staff, and fills executive appointments across clinical, operational and leadership roles. It also offers travel nurse contracts.

In aged care and community services, it works with residential aged care homes, home and community care providers, NDIS services and independent living organisations. The roles it fills there range from personal care assistants and registered nurses to facility managers.

The company launched in 2023 as part of MAYDAY Recruitment Group, which began in the Sydney market in 2016. The group's directors set it up with healthcare recruitment specialist Siobhan Filen, who is its Managing Director. It has offices in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane, with its head office in Sydney, and recruits nationally.
