Maxim Recruitment is an independent recruitment consultancy, established in January 2003, that specialises in the building, civil engineering and consulting sectors of the construction industry. It recruits quantity surveyors, commercial managers, project managers, construction claims consultants and engineering professionals for employers in the UK, Canada and internationally.

Its head office is in Leicester, with further offices in Toronto and Hong Kong. Steve Thomas, Recruitment Director, is responsible for the UK and Canada, and Richard Poulter, also a Recruitment Director, for Hong Kong, Asia, Australia and the Middle East.

The firm has a construction disputes division covering quantum delay, forensic planning, expert witness and claims consulting, and its consultants also handle search and headhunting assignments. Candidates can search its construction jobs database by job title, keyword, sector and location.
