Maturious is a talent-as-a-service recruitment platform that connects employers with mature age workers. It is based in Sydney, Australia, and was founded by David Tarr, who is its CEO. He started it after his own experience of age discrimination as a mature age job seeker.

The platform maps what it calls the Job DNA of each mature age worker, covering accumulated skills, knowledge, abilities and experience, and matches it to the Job DNA of a vacant role. It builds shortlists of candidates for employers to review, and says it can do this in days, not weeks. Job seekers sign up and create a capability profile to be matched with age-friendly employers.

The company states its vision as creating employment for all ages, and says it campaigns against ageism in the workplace.
