Mattinson Partnership is a recruitment business for the built and natural environment, with its head office in London. It recruits across civils and infrastructure, construction and property, environment and water, health and safety, planning and design, and sustainability and energy. Clients describe placements such as junior landscape architects and transport planning roles, and the company works across the UK and with Ireland.

The company was established by brothers David and Pete Mattinson, who brought together their expertise in transport planning and recruitment. It later set up a Smarter Travel consultancy that combines sustainable transport expertise with its recruitment capability. It says it has billed over £1 million in permanent fees, and it marked its 20th anniversary. David Mattinson is a director, alongside Dominic Jacques.
