About the Agency
MATT&CO is a recruitment and HR business based in Leusden. It is run by the entrepreneurs Matthieu van der Velde and Marco ten Hoven. The two say they have worked together for more than 12 years and have more than 10 years of experience in employment mediation and HR.
The company works in three areas. Recruitment matches job seekers with employers and aims to build long-term relationships. Project work supports clients that want to build a team or need expertise for a specific project. Advice covers complex questions and the set-up of a client's HR function.
