MatchFit Recruitment

MatchFit Recruitment is a recruitment business that specialises in infrastructure. It recruits across energy and renewables, power and water, mining and civil, road and rail, and urban developments.

It places people into permanent roles, matching candidates' skills, experience and values with client requirements. It also offers contract hire for a specific project, time period or temporary skill shortage, and payrolling services intended to reduce its clients' administration. For senior specialised leadership roles, it runs executive search on an upfront exclusive basis.

The business works with both clients and candidates.
