Match for Fashion is a Dutch recruitment and selection agency (werving en selectie bureau) established in 2012 and exclusively focused on the fashion industry. The company brings together supply and demand across the fashion labour market in a personal and confidential manner, building long-term relationships with both employers and candidates. The agency handles fashion careers at all levels, from entry positions to management roles, across multiple specialities including sales, purchasing, production, e-commerce and merchandising.

Match for Fashion emphasises personal service and invests significant time in candidate career counselling and guidance. For employers, the company serves as a professional sparring partner understanding their culture and specific needs. The founders bring deep fashion industry experience: founder Loes Noom studied at the fashion institutes in Amsterdam and worked for multiple fashion employers in production management and general management across brands, founding the company in 2003 as a recruitment intermediary before transitioning to formal recruitment and selection in 2008. Her collaborative partner Cecile Bruggink, joining in 2017, studied design at fashion academy and worked as menswear designer across Netherlands and Paris before transitioning to recruitment in 2001.

The two principals combine over 40 years of fashion industry experience and maintain an extensive professional network. The agency specialises in fields including purchasing, production, product development, sales, e-commerce, merchandising, office support, CAD design, marketing, retail and logistics within fashion contexts, creating lasting matches through personal connection and mutual fit.
