Masterson Staffing is a staffing agency based in Minnesota that places candidates mainly in light industrial and professional roles. It offers temporary, temp-to-hire and direct hire placement for employers in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, Michigan, Kansas and Missouri, and its branch network also includes locations in Illinois and Georgia.

On the industrial side it fills roles in manufacturing, medical assembly, food production, printing and distribution warehouses. Its professional placements cover administrative and clerical work, human resources, medical and healthcare, mortgage, and sales and marketing, and it also recruits for engineering, finance and accounting, machining, welding and facilities management. Beyond placement, it provides on-site staffing, where a Masterson team member works at the client's location, and safety training and loss-control programmes.

Owen Masterson founded the business as Masterson Personnel in 1968 with a single office in Golden Valley, Minnesota, and a team of three recruiters focused on direct hire. It is family owned and operated. It added temporary staffing in Minnesota in the late 1980s and opened its first branch outside the state, in Michigan, in 1992. In the early 2000s the third generation of the family led a rebrand to Masterson Staffing Solutions.
