Mash Care is based in Yeovil. Its Managing Director, Laura Pennington, has more than 15 years of experience in the recruitment industry and previously worked for a national care agency. In a case study, the company reports that a domiciliary care agency client surpassed 100 placements in 13 months using its retained recruitment model, with a 95% retention rate in the first year.
