Martins Investment Group (MIG) is an executive search and recruiting firm serving companies across North America. It also uses the name MIGRecruit and describes itself as a boutique search firm. It was founded by Christina Martins, who has more than 25 years of recruiting experience, beginning on Wall Street with Robert Half International.

The firm recruits for clients in manufacturing, aerospace, aviation, food and beverage, and construction. Its stated areas of expertise also include accounting and finance, administration and operations, engineering, human resources, marketing, and sales and business development. Construction covers residential, commercial, industrial and public works roles. It says each of its search partners has more than a decade of recruiting experience.

Searches begin with an intake session, followed by search updates, a select shortlist of candidates (it says it presents one to three), interview management, reference checks, offer negotiation and onboarding advice. For candidates, it also offers interview coaching, resume refinement and career resources.
