Marshall Moore Recruitment Specialists

Marshall Moore Recruitment Specialists is an independent recruitment consultancy based in Liverpool, specialising in Maritime and Logistics and Financial Services roles across the North West of England. It opened its Liverpool office in April 1996 and recruits on permanent, fixed term and temporary bases.

In maritime and logistics, it recruits for shipping, port operations, freight forwarding, marine services, distribution, logistics and transport employers, with roles ranging from import clerk to operations director. It screens candidates for named systems such as Cargowise and Sequoia, and for CDS experience on customs roles, and it is a member of Mersey Maritime. Its financial services work covers wealth and investment management, financial administration and support, compliance and paraplanning.

Its clients range from independent local firms to global organisations, and from global shipping lines to local freight forwarders, across Merseyside, Cheshire, Lancashire, Greater Manchester and North Wales. It says it meets candidates face to face as part of its qualifying process.
