Marketers on Demand

Marketers on Demand is a recruitment agency specialising in marketing and digital staffing, based in Toronto, Canada. Marcie Pollack established it in April 2008 as a boutique agency for the staffing needs of marketing departments, placing people in permanent, contract to perm and contract roles. It reports more than 20 years of combined experience in the recruiting industry.

A second division, Executive Talent on Demand, was set up in January 2016 and extends the same approach to Engineering, IT, Healthcare and Sales roles. A third division, The Agency on Demand, supplies creative teams that work as an extension of a client's marketing team.

The head office is in Toronto, and the company also has an office in Miami. It is certified as a Women Owned company by WeConnect.
