About the Agency
MAP Legal Recruitment is a specialist legal recruitment agency that supplies lawyers of all levels to law firms throughout the UK. It works with law firms looking to hire and with lawyers seeking a new role, and says it offers a personalised service free of automation and algorithms.
The agency was founded by Raj Sidhu and Matthew Porter, who have worked together for more than a decade. The company says the two have more than 35 years of combined experience recruiting lawyers. Co-founder Raj Sidhu has recruited for magic circle, international, US and boutique law firms in London.
The team also includes consultant Charlotte Collen, who works with lawyers from newly qualified to Counsel level. Her clients include international, national and West End firms in London.
