Manutec Ventures is a certified Minority Business Enterprise that provides human capital resource, advisory and procurement solutions. It was formed in 2004 to recruit talent for oil and gas and energy, food and beverage, logistics, production and manufacturing businesses. It says it takes an industry-based approach, first learning a client's industry before applying specific particulars to the search, rather than focusing on roles such as IT, engineering, sales or finance.

Its resource management business, part of the TPS Family of Companies, offers managed services, recruitment process outsourcing and direct-hire recruiting, both retained and contingency, across multiple industries. It works with clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to mid-size, closely held businesses.

The company has also added vendor managed procurement, covering materials procurement, vendor management and equipment supply, and provides operational advisory services to food companies that use co-manufacturers and fulfilment partners.
