The firm offers two search solutions. Contingency Search carries a fee of 30% of the first year's base salary, with a 45-day replacement guarantee. Priority Engaged requires a $5,000 non-refundable deposit to start, carries a total fee of 25% of the first year's base salary and comes with a 180-day replacement guarantee. It says it follows a proprietary 13-step process on every search.
