Mansfield & Co Recruitment is an Adelaide-based recruitment agency that works with businesses across South Australia. It provides permanent, contract and temporary recruitment, and executive search at Board, Director, C-suite and management levels. It also offers a recruitment service for start-ups.

The agency recruits in six areas: C-suite and executive, people and culture, sales and marketing, accounting and finance, supply chain and logistics, and office support. In office support it fills roles such as receptionist, administration officer, office manager, personal assistant and executive assistant. It runs a Talent Showcase of pre-screened candidates and says it meets each candidate face to face.

Melanie Mansfield co-founded the company in 2016. It says its local networks and business knowledge span more than 20 years, and reports a 96% fill rate on permanent positions. It also reports 2022 recognition from Sourcr for accounting and finance, and for HR, office support and administration recruitment.
