Major Players is a talent agency for marketing and creative roles, established in 1993. It works with brands and agencies, from start-ups to household names.

The company offers permanent hiring, freelance support and talent solutions, which cover flexible contingent hires, embedded specialist recruiters and senior leadership appointments. It also provides market intelligence and publishes an annual Creative Industries Census on salaries and day rates. Its specialist areas include creative, design, UI design and UX, CRM, data and analytics, e-commerce, experiential, events and partnerships, marketing, brand, PR and communications, production and studio, and social, content and influencer roles.

Major Players is based in London and also names Amsterdam, Miami and Berlin as locations. It says that in 2022 it became the first digital, marketing and creative recruitment agency to achieve B Corp status.
