Magnetic is a recruitment agency based in Auckland, with what it describes as a national focus. It places candidates in permanent, contract and fractional leadership roles. It also offers project recruitment for interim needs, retained search and targeted talent acquisition, and recruitment partnerships in which it embeds within a client's organisation.

It recruits across advanced manufacturing, technology, engineering, energy and utilities, supply chain, and build and infrastructure, as well as sales, finance and commercial, safety, and executive and interim roles. Additional services include talent mapping, employer branding and managed services such as vetting, assessments and candidate engagement.

Magnetic was founded in 2024 as a new business within the Talentia Group, and was created to build on the foundations and relationships established through OneStaff. Troy Thurston is General Manager for Auckland and permanent recruitment and leads the team. One senior consultant supports clients and candidates across the South Island.
