Madison Collective is a boutique recruitment and advisory firm serving the hospitality industry in the United States. It offers recruiting, consulting and PEO services, covering HR administration, payroll, benefits and compliance, for restaurants, hotels, private clubs and private estates.

On the recruiting side, it places salaried professionals across all departments of hotels, from select service to Forbes Five Star properties, with a specialty in Executive Committee positions. For estates it places butlers, chefs, executive assistants and VP level operators. Other roles it recruits for include hotel general managers, directors of food and beverage, executive chefs, sommeliers and sales and marketing directors. Its consulting arm gives operational and training support to growth stage groups.

The firm is led by founder Martha Madison, a restaurateur and executive recruiter who has spent the past decade in executive recruitment. Its team also includes recruiting partner Brooke Burton and recruiters Jose Fabián and Matt Davidson. It is based in Hollywood, California, and names markets including Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco, Austin and Dallas.
