Made By Talents

Made By Talents is a recruitment and project sourcing business based in Antwerp that supplies talent to real estate and construction organisations. It says it builds on more than 15 years of expertise of Freestone, with a track record in project sourcing and consultancy across real estate, construction, facility management and sustainability. Koen Mees is its director.

The work is split into two business units. Building Solutions connects talent with companies in the wider real estate sector. Support Solutions supplies construction and real estate companies with people in supporting functions such as sales, HR and marketing.

Services include project sourcing, where consultants give temporary extra support, recruitment and selection for internal positions, and a Try & Hire model that combines a temporary placement with the certainty of a permanent hire. It offers assignments to employees and self-employed professionals in the private and public sectors, on short or long terms.
