Mackey Consulting

Mackey Consulting is a recruitment business specialising in permanent construction recruitment across Australia. It is based in Elsternwick, Victoria, and is led by director Brian Mackey. It works with both construction employers and jobseekers.

It fills roles such as estimator, contracts administrator, project manager, site manager, construction manager and operations manager, along with draftsperson, assessor and site supervisor, and service and warranty supervisor positions. Its work covers commercial, domestic and insurance construction, and it also places senior management and pre-construction, construction and post-construction staff.

The company says it has over 10 years of construction-specific experience and long-standing relationships with construction companies. Its process runs from understanding the client's requirements through sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding, and it says it stays involved after placement.
