Macias Consulting is a Perth recruitment firm specialising in accounting, corporate finance and investment banking, and commercial analysis and decision support roles. It offers executive search, permanent and contract placements, and also provides temporary engagements. Its typical placements are qualified specialists, middle management and senior management across all industry sectors.

The firm works on a contingent, success-based fee model with the service level of executive search, and says it does not charge up-front retainers or shortlisting fees. Its accounting and compliance work covers ASX listed and private companies and start-ups, while its finance work covers advisory, in-house and private equity roles. Commercial analysis work covers strategy, commercial and FP&A roles.

Eric Macias, the managing director, launched the company in 2019. He has worked in the Australian market since 2009, across Brisbane and Perth, and has been a recruitment consultant since 2006. The company reports that over the past eight years 97% of clients used its services again and 91% of its placements were still in place after one year. Its office is at Exchange Tower in Perth.
