Lysnes Personelltjenester AS is a Norwegian supplier of recruitment assistance and staffing solutions that established itself in Larvik in 2005. It delivers services in fleksibel bemanning, rekruttering and karriereveiledning, and also offers advisory work and coaching. The company is a member of NHO Service, which it says it is pleased to have been judged qualified for because the membership indirectly benefits every client and every vikar. It is also approved as a Revidert Arbeidsgiver, meaning it has been fully audited against the requirements for employer routines and practice set out in the scheme's main document. Lysnes Personelltjenester works primarily in Vestfold but has customers spread across the whole of Østlandet, and says it has been responsible in recent years for thousands of vikariat placements and hundreds of recruitment assignments in southern and eastern Norway. André Lysnes, responsible for fleksibel bemanning, holds management qualifications from BI and Varehandelens Høyskole with a specialisation in personnel management and organisational psychology, has worked in the staffing industry since 2000, sits as a municipal council representative in Larvik and is deputy chair of Larvik Havn KF. Morten Stene Lysnes, responsible for recruitment and advisory work, trained in health before moving into sales and management, has worked as a business adviser in Vestfold and Telemark since 2001, chaired Larvik By from 2010 to 2012 and now chairs Kulturhuset Bølgen.
