Lucy Walker Recruitment is a recruitment agency based in Leeds and Manchester, connecting staff with small and medium-sized employers in West Yorkshire and Greater Manchester. It was started in December 1991 by Lucy Walker, who is its Managing Director, from a small office in Wellington Street.

The agency recruits across specialisms including office support, sales and marketing, legal services, human resources, supply chain, procurement and logistics, customer service, graduate, management, and PA and executive assistant roles. Within office support it fills roles such as administrators, receptionists, office managers and secretaries.

It offers permanent, temporary and contract recruitment, along with bespoke services including outplacement support and career transition services for displaced employees. It also provides an online recruitment solution called Engage.
