Lowie Recruitment

Lowie Recruitment is a New Zealand labour hire and recruitment business that places candidates in warehousing, supply chain, logistics, hospitality, trades and transport roles, among other industries. It also recruits for healthcare, including registered nurses, doctors and health care assistants, and for manufacturing, infrastructure, automotive and traffic control work. It is a member of the All-of-Government Recruitment Services panel, which covers government and public sector recruitment.

The company says it has been helping clients for over 45 years and works through a network across New Zealand. It supplies casual and temporary workers, including devanning crews for container unloading in Auckland, forklift drivers and reach hoist drivers, and says it handles recruitment, payroll, training, inductions and health and safety for those placements. Its Lowie Festive service has supplied Santas, Elves and holiday helpers for over 20 years.

Lowie has offices in Auckland (East Tamaki, Onehunga and Silverdale), Wellington, Christchurch and Manila, and has announced a new office in Apia, Samoa. Steve Sargent is general manager.
