Love Childcare Recruitment

Love Childcare Recruitment is a UK recruitment agency that works only in childcare. It connects childcare professionals with childcare businesses and says its team has worked in nurseries, wraparound settings, sport and education.

It recruits in three areas. Nursery and early years covers roles from trainee educators and room leaders through to nursery managers and regional operations roles. Childcare, play and wraparound care covers breakfast and after-school clubs, holiday camps, out-of-school providers and play-based settings. Sports and education covers coaches, activity instructors, heads of sport and sports-based childcare roles.

The company was founded in 2021 as part of the Love Recruitment Group, which was founded by Lawrence Everest and Abhi Lakhina and also includes Love Recruitment (fitness and leisure) and an International division. The childcare division is led day to day by Steve Brennan, Recruitment Director. It recruits across the UK, with location pages for Durham, East Sussex, Merseyside, Cumbria, Northumberland and Leeds.
