Lorg Talent is an international recruitment business that connects Australian employers with skilled workers from overseas. Its services are permanent international recruitment and Australian visa processing. It sources candidates worldwide, including the UK, Ireland, New Zealand, Canada and South Africa, and also finds candidates already in Australia who are seeking sponsorship.

It recruits permanent staff in transport and logistics (HD mechanics, auto electricians, truck and bus drivers), civil construction (tradespeople, engineers and project managers), energy and communications (electricians, technicians, electrical engineers), healthcare (hospitals, aged care and allied health), hospitality (from front-of-house to management) and agribusiness, including meat processing.

Lorg Talent also runs a pathway for the Pacific Australia Labour Mobility (PALM) scheme. It helps employers gain Approved Employer status and handles sourcing of workers from the Pacific Islands and Timor-Leste, accommodation and onboarding. Visa and compliance support comes from its own immigration law firm, AHWC Immigration Law. Seamus Taaffe is its CEO and founder, and it has offices in Melbourne and Perth.
