LNDN Staffing

LNDN Staffing is a boutique talent acquisition firm based in Miami, Florida, with a core focus on relationships and human-centred recruitment. Founded by Jeremy London, who previously worked at a rapidly growing staffing company before developing a human-centred approach focused on knowing candidates beyond their skills and qualifications and companies beyond their job descriptions, LNDN Staffing emphasises meaningful connections that yield lasting results. The company serves clients nationwide and recruits for positions across all sectors, with particular specialisms in legal, administrative, compliance, accounting, finance, and human resources fields.

LNDN Staffing offers comprehensive services including prospect screening with 360-degree analysis, job detailing designed to be clear, purpose-built, and attention-grabbing, direct hire placement connecting businesses with key players, consulting assignment services, and interim staffing for seamless transitions. The company also provides payroll support and ongoing employee assistance beyond job placement. Their services address challenges including long search times, finding passable candidates, low candidate motivation, and ghosting in the hiring process by understanding business needs deeply and matching candidates who will succeed and remain with the employer.

The firm guarantees that if a placed candidate resigns or is terminated within 90 days of start, LNDN Staffing will refill the position at no additional fee or offer a prorated credit towards a new position. Their approach looks beyond skills and experience to assess company culture, candidate disposition, personality, and long-term goals to create successful placements. Jeremy London's background in accounting and staffing, combined with the team's commitment to understanding each business's unique needs, positions LNDN Staffing as a trusted partner for companies seeking reliable talent acquisition and staffing services.
