LMRE

LMRE is a recruitment and executive search consultancy focused on technology and innovation talent in the built environment. It was launched in 2018 by co-founders Richard Lloyd and Louisa Dickins, after four years of running a traditional real estate recruitment consultancy.

Its work is organised into four verticals: PropTech, ConTech, Insurtech, and Data and Engineering. Specialisms include residential and commercial real estate innovation, smart buildings and smart homes, investment, asset management and venture capital, construction technology, sustainability and ESG, and warehouse automation and logistics technology. It advises on strategic and C-suite hires as well as wider recruitment solutions, and says it aims to act as an extension of a client's HR team.

LMRE places candidates with organisations in the United Kingdom, North America, Europe and Asia-Pacific, and says it has a presence across four continents. It has offices in London and New York.
