LM Recruiting Group

LM Recruiting Group is a recruitment firm based in Redondo Beach, California. It has provided professional services to job-seekers and employers since 2008, and describes its approach as built on listening, guiding and matching.

The firm recruits in finance, accounting and human resources. It names Los Angeles, Dallas Fort Worth, Washington DC, Chicago and Atlanta as the cities where it fills accounting roles. For clients it offers a Subscription Recruiting Model, which covers multiple searches for a monthly fee; the firm says this gives predictable recruiting costs and 40% time savings for internal teams.

For candidates, it runs a text-message interview process and uses artificial intelligence and machine learning software and a chatbot to screen and shortlist applicants. It also offers one-hour paid sessions in resume editing, interview preparation and client search consultation.
