Liquid Personnel

Liquid Personnel is a specialist recruitment agency for social work, social care and special educational needs (SEN). It supplies temporary and permanent staff to vacancies across the UK and Ireland, and says it works with more than 150 organisations, including local authorities, NHS Trusts, fostering agencies, schools, charities and multi-academy trusts.

The roles it recruits for include children's and adults' social workers, social care workers, registered managers, children's home managers, support workers, occupational therapists and educational psychologists. Contract types include temporary, permanent, ad hoc, project and assessment-based work.

Liquid Personnel began in 2006, founded by two recruiters, and moved to Manchester in 2007. It is based in central Manchester. It joined Acacium Group in 2016 and launched divisions in social care and SEN in 2019. It reports a team of more than 90 people.
