Psychology and therapies includes ADHD and autism, medico-legal, psychology and therapy work. Senior appointments cover clinical and operational leadership, C-suite and interim management. Corporate services covers business development, marketing, HR, finance, IT, operations and facilities. A special educational needs area covers SEN teaching, SEN support and educational psychology.

The company supplies both temporary and permanent staff. It says many of its roles are exclusive to it. It also runs a training academy for people starting out in recruitment.
