Linh Nexus Solutions

Linh Nexus Solutions is a consultancy based in Norfolk, Virginia, that works with small to medium-sized businesses on talent acquisition and employee support programmes. It was founded by Ross L. Best, with Khalil E. Barnette as co-founder. The company says it has over a decade of experience across various industries.

Its services cover end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, candidate assessment and screening, and recruitment process optimisation and consulting for internal hiring teams. Assessments look at technical skills, emotional intelligence and cultural alignment, and the company says it uses psychological profiling and technical evaluations.

It recruits for technology and startups, healthcare, retail and hospitality, and government agencies. For government clients it identifies candidates nationwide, including those with security clearances, and prepares job descriptions that follow federal standards.
