Lincoln Search Consultants (LSC) is a staffing and recruiting firm founded in Chicago in 2009 by staffing leaders from large global and regional firms. Its headquarters are in Naperville, Illinois, and it has a second office in Chicago.

It recruits for accounting and finance, human resources, administrative, IT and supply chain roles, from staff accountants and HR specialists to CFOs, IT managers and supply chain leaders. Its accounting and finance work covers tax, audit, FP&A, treasury and payroll. Clients range from startups to Fortune 500 companies, mainly in Chicago and the Chicagoland suburbs.

Services include direct hire on a contingent or retained basis, temporary and contract staffing, contract to hire, an hourly Recruiting On-Demand model, and fractional or outsourced CFO and HR support. The firm says it has been in business for more than 15 years, that its recruiters average more than 25 years of search experience, and that 90% of the professionals in its network are exclusive to it.
