Lime Talent

Lime Talent is a specialist search firm focused on the consumer goods sector, based in London. It was founded in 2013 by Chris, Dan and Paul, who each had more than a decade of experience recruiting in consumer goods. It says it remains focused exclusively on the FMCG and consumer sectors.

The firm works with FMCG, retail and consumer businesses, from established brands to high-growth challengers, in the UK and internationally. It places leadership talent across C-suite and executive leadership, management consulting, sales and commercial, marketing and insights, supply chain and operations, NPD and technical, finance, and people and HR. Its services include search and selection, executive search, marketing mapping, salary benchmarking, fractional and advisory work, and contractors.

Lime Talent describes its approach as consultative and relationship-led, and says each consultant specialises by function. It reports that more than 85% of its placements are still with the same organisation two years later.
