Lightning HR & Recruitment is a recruitment agency based on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland, Australia. It was founded by sisters Jennifer Noble and Lisa Noble, who are its directors and say they bring more than 20 years of combined recruitment experience. They say they personally handle every recruitment process from start to finish.

The agency focuses on permanent recruitment and office support roles, and serves small and medium-sized businesses across the Sunshine Coast and Australia-wide. Its work covers advertising and marketing of the role, candidate screening, interviewing, employment history checks and shortlisting.

It charges a flat fee of $3,500 plus GST per successful placement, regardless of the role. The fee is payable only if the new employee stays beyond 30 days, with no contracts, ongoing fees or upfront payment. The founders say the agency was created because many small and medium-sized businesses are priced out of using traditional recruitment agencies.
