LHi Group

LHi Group is an employee-owned group of international non-competing talent solution brands. Tom Glanfield founded it in 2002 as Lawrence Harvey, and it became LHi Group in 2016. An Employee-Owned Trust was introduced in 2022, and Mike Bott and Ben Richardson were appointed Co-CEOs in 2025.

The group's brands recruit for technology, life sciences, clean energy, critical infrastructure and space and aerospace. Lawrence Harvey, the original brand, specialises in technology recruitment on permanent and contract terms. Piper Maddox was launched in 2016 as its clean energy brand, and SciPro serves the life sciences industry. EMERIS, launched in 2026, partners with organisations across the United States in space and aerospace, providing hiring, leadership search and team builds. XPS, launched in 2019, is a project delivery brand focused on statement of work.
