Its specialism is legal work throughout, and the technical content it publishes shows the practice areas it operates in, including mergers and acquisitions with a venture capital focus, covering share and asset purchases with near term accretive value through new markets, faster product development or increased market share, and contentious banking and finance, covering the disputes that arise from the highly regulated environment banks, funds and other financial institutions work in and the complexity of the products they offer.

LexMatch is a Singapore company, registered as LexMatch Pte Ltd and holding Employment Agency Licence number 18S9413. Alongside its work with practising lawyers it runs a dedicated route for students, and a separate section for employers who are hiring. Candidates and firms come to it for the same reason: the people doing the matching have practised law themselves, so the assessment of a role, a team or a practice area is made from the inside rather than from a job specification.
