Levin

Levin is a group of specialist recruitment brands serving technology businesses in financial technology, health technology, and energy and infrastructure. It operates three brands: Storm2 for FinTech, Storm3 for HealthTech and Storm4 for Energy and Infrastructure. Storm2 launched in London in 2019, and Levin was set up as the parent company in 2021. James Brown is its founder and CEO.

The company offers permanent, contract and executive search services, and says it specialises in senior hires. It recruits across six functions: engineering, product management, sales, marketing, finance and operations. Its executive search work draws on the Future Leaders Network, which it describes as a long-term map of senior talent across its three markets.

Levin has offices in London and New York and says it focuses on the US market. It reports partnering with 5,969 or more organisations, that 70% of the companies it works with are investor backed, and that retained searches take 35 days on average to fill.
