Leaman Consulting

Leaman Consulting is an independent recruitment consultancy based in London, founded in 2007. It places staff with private families, family offices and businesses, in the UK and internationally, and says much of its business comes through referral and recommendation.

The firm works through four divisions. Family Office and Private PA covers Heads of Family Office, Chiefs of Staff, Private PAs and senior executive assistants. Executive Assistant and Business Support covers executive assistants, business PAs and office managers for London employers. Households and Estates covers house managers, butlers, housekeepers and private chefs. Childcare and Education covers nannies, governesses, maternity nurses and private tutors.

Every search is led by the consultant with expertise in that market, and many private office appointments are handled without public advertising. The firm reports placements for clients across the UK, Europe, the Middle East and beyond, including France, Monaco, Germany, the United Arab Emirates and Hong Kong. Anne Corrett is its founder.
