Leadersbay was founded in 2022 as a merger of two established executive search companies: Bernd Heuer Karriere of Dusseldorf and Stoneset Partners of Frankfurt. This combination brings together two leading firms with long-standing leadership expertise and access to the decision-maker network in real estate. The company operates through managing partners Sandra Günther and Thomas Flohr alongside Managing Director Alexander Dahmen.
