Leader Engineering

Leader Engineering is a recruitment and workforce solutions business for the energy sector, founded in 2002. It began as a specialist recruitment business serving the oil and gas industry and now also supports the data centre and power and utilities sectors. It describes itself as a global workforce partner for engineering recruitment, mobilisation, payroll and project support.

The company works with operators, contractors and project owners. In oil and gas, its work covers drilling and completions, well intervention, subsea and marine operations, production operations, and engineering and project management. For data centres it supplies engineering, construction and commissioning talent, and for power and utilities it covers project delivery for generation, transmission, grid modernisation and renewable energy. It says it represents more than 35,000 specialists and is active in 25 countries.

Leader Engineering has offices in Liverpool, Georgetown and Austin. It is part of the Leader Group, and a Guyana operation handles specialist contractor placement in Guyana.
