LEAD Careers

LEAD Careers is a recruitment agency focused on landscape and urban design, ecology, architecture and design, the fields that give it its name. It was founded by Adam Johnston, who has spent 15 years recruiting landscape architects for studios across the UK. The company also reports 15 years' experience and long-standing relationships with consultancies in the UK and internationally.

In landscape architecture it places candidates from graduate level, including those seeking a first permanent role, up to principal, associate and director positions. Amanda Costello heads the ecology and architecture sector. She recruits ecologists from junior to technical director level for ecology practices and multi-disciplinary consultancies, and works with RIBA architecture studios on roles such as architectural assistants, BIM coordinators and Revit technicians. The environment team offers tailored search and select as well as headhunting, and the company also receives enquiries for arboriculturists.

LEAD Careers is based in London and also gives an address in Benalmádena, Spain. It recruits across the UK, including Ireland.
